We are looking for a Client Lead Executive that will join an already high-performing commercial team. In three years Chattermill has grown from a team of 2 Co-Founders to a team of 20 in London and more around Europe. In that time we have developed a cutting-edge product that allows some of the most exciting companies in the world (Uber; HelloFresh, Spotify, Transferwise, Skyscanner, Deliveroo + more) to finally understand their Customers and improve their customer experience through deploying our AI-powered solution.

As a Client Lead Executive at Chattermill, you are the initial voice of our Sales process and a vital member of the team. You’ll be essential in us hitting our very exciting growth targets. As a successful candidate, you are a creative, energetic, self-starter who understands the sales process. You will be tasked with responding to requests, take on leads from our research team, and convert them into qualified leads whilst also being entrepreneurial enough to find leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and any other channel that gets the job done!

A bit about what you will get up to:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and build relationships with prospects, using your holistic knowledge of the company’s product and service offering
  • Perform regular prospect outreach over the phone, email and social media
  • Support marketing efforts and follow up on inbound leads garnered from the company’s website/events/campaigns etc.
  • Monitor and communicate via multiple channels and undertake significant internet research in order to identify leads
  • Develop and implement your own outbound campaigns into your territory and into key target accounts

A bit about you and your experience

  • You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and have a customer-centric, consultative approach
  • You are open to feedback, honest, and you are highly collaborative
  • You embrace and master new technology
  • You want to continually improve and better your performances
  • Ideally, you’ll have had experience in a similar SDR/BD role in a B2B environment selling Saas or technology solutions, don’t worry this is not essential
  • Team player: you don’t draw the line at just your own responsibilities - you care deeply about the whole success of the business
  • You enjoy being set targets and going beyond them to your own and the company’s advantage
  • You are passionate about being the first point of contact for Chattermill’s prospects and are extremely motivated to reach as many of our prospects as possible
